Description
The SBD series hydraulic safety (emergency) brake is a high-power braking device used on low-speed shafts (drum shafts). It can be widely applied for emergency safety braking on low-speed shafts of large and medium-sized cranes, port cargo handling machinery lifting mechanisms, and boom lifting and tilting mechanisms. It is also used for working and emergency safety braking on mining winches, hoists, and high-power inclined belt conveyors, as well as safety braking for cable car and cable crane drive mechanisms, and safety (emergency) braking for the low-speed shafts of special cranes, such as casting cranes.
