Description
The YLBZ series hydraulic wheel edge brake is primarily used as a wind brake for cranes and port handling machinery operating outdoors, and as an auxiliary wind brake when not in operation. Using rim brakes for wind resistance is currently an ideal wind resistance measure, which is being widely promoted and applied. If wind brakes are also used on the high-speed axle of the driving wheel, the effect will be better and more economical.

The performance of the disc spring hydraulic cylinder is excellent, designed, produced, and manufactured strictly according to GB/T15622-1995. The normally closed design drives the hydraulic station to apply force to the disc spring for release, which is safe and reliable.
There is a release limit switch that can provide interlocking protection. Asbestos-free friction plates have stable performance, a novel and unique installation structure, and are easy to replace.
The brake block action uses a connecting rod structure to ensure that when the brake is released, the gap between the friction plate surface and the wheel end face is equal throughout. Eliminates the phenomenon of the friction plate floating against the braking wheel in the past when in the released state.
Corrosion-resistant design, with all fasteners and pins made of stainless steel.
