Self-lubricating bearings are installed at the main swinging hinge points, providing high transmission efficiency and no need for lubrication during use.
The braking springs are arranged inside the spring tube, with a braking torque scale on one side.
Snap-in insertion brake pads: asbestos-free, safe, reliable, and easy to replace quickly.
Interlocking equal back-off device: ensures the back-off on both sides of the brake pads remains equal during use, preventing one side of the brake pad from floating and sticking to the brake wheel due to uneven back-off.
Additional settings can be added or modified according to customer requirements.
