Description
DYW series self-adjusting and maintenance-free brake primarily used in mechanical reduction or braking systems in coal mine working environments, the installation dimensions and center height are the same as the original YWZ5, YWZ9, YW series electric hydraulic drum brakes, and the technical conditions comply with JB/T6406 and MT912-2002 standards.
The explosion-proof performance of the actuator meets the requirements of GB3836.2-2010, and the friction material performance is stable, meeting the MT113-1995 flame-retardant and anti-static standards.

Advantages
The product is equipped with an automatic compensation device specially developed for coal mine operating conditions. When the brake pads wear, the device automatically adjusts the length of the tie rod to ensure the safety travel of the actuator, effectively preventing brake force failure caused by brake pad wear. It has an automatic adjustment and maintenance-free function.
It features a self-aligning device for the brake shoe arc surface, preventing the brake lining from floating and sticking to the surface of the brake wheel when the brake is released. The self-alignment does not require manual adjustment or maintenance.
It has an interlocking-type retraction device, which automatically adjusts the gap between the two sides of the brake shoe and the brake wheel. When releasing the brake, it ensures that the arc surface of the brake pad completely separates from the brake wheel surface, avoiding the phenomenon of uneven wear on one side of the brake pads. It also has an automatic adjustment and maintenance-free function.
It is equipped with an adjustable braking time device, which allows adjustment of the brake time to meet the different operational requirements of the coal mine.
